I have terrible bags under my eyes from not getting enough sleep, sitting in front of a computer all day, not eating properly - you name it. I've tried a lot of different products but none seem to work well. If they depuff, they're too drying. If they moisturize, they don't depuff worth a hoot. Bliss Baggage Handler does both and does them well.
The first time I used it, my eyes were bag-free for several hours. Now that I'm into my 2nd week of daily use, the bags seem to have reduced to the point that I don't look haggard even when I wake up in the morning, nor do I have to reapply during the day. So there must be some long-term benefit to using this product that I wasn't aware of when I bought it.
Obviously this won't correct bags caused by age-stretched skin, but if you are puffy because of fluid build-up, Bliss Baggage Handler will take 10 year off your face.
