GreatOctober 14, 2008 I really love this product. I never used conditioner growing up because it made my hair intensely flat and oily. However, when I moved to a drier climate, I found that I needed to condition. This product will make your hair soft, but not oily. It also does not result in flat hair!! Fantastic
Very Disappointed!October 9, 2008 I am very disappointed at this product. I have naturally thick dry hair. I used this product as directed, except that I left it in longer (hoping for better results). The product smelled bad and it did not make my hair feel soft at all. I would even say that my 5 dollar pantene pro-V conditioner does a better job times 2! My hair felt a little better than not using conditioner at all, but it did not even come close to mediocre regular conditioner you can get at the supermarket. DO NOT buy this!!! It was a rip off. I am now interested in trying the Kerastase Masquintense, since I've heard good things..
No differenceJune 28, 2008 I decided to try this based on my hair stylist's suggestion. While I think she cuts hair well, I also think she tries to sell you products you don't really need. I usually turn her down, but this time I thought I'd try something. Waste of money. It made no difference whatsoever. I'll stick with my more affordable Pantene.

I bought this product based on the 4 rave reviews, however, I have seen no improvement after at least 10 applications. I'm also using their shampoo (phytospecific - optimal hydration shampoo) as recommended by the sales person at Sephora and again seeing no results. I actually have had better results with Triple Moisture Neutrogena Leave in Conditioner and I paid a whole lot less!

This is hands down the best moisturizing conditioner that I have ever used on my hair. During the winter, I have never been able to keep my hair sufficiently moisturized. It seems to go right along with my normal suffering from dry skin.
However, this has rescued my hair. Each year, I have substantial breakage. This year, I've been using the Ultra Nourishing Hair Mask and it has done wonders. I admit that I use more than the quarter sized amount recommended. I also leave it on longer and sometimes use a heating cap. In all cases, it has helped to keep my hair moisturized and greatly reduced the breakage. I am looking forward to actually making it through the winter while retaining hair growth.
