I have a really difficult time buying lipstick/lipgloss. Colors end up much lighter on me than the product is intended to be. This kit has been wonderful since you have the option of using the lipstick, gloss, and liner seperately or together. The colors are true. I don't purchase liners for every shade lipstick, but have found this one goes w/ pretty much everything I currently use. Lipgloss looks really great by itself or with your other lipsticks

The basic kit is fine but the lip gloss has a funky smell to it. Something along the lines of rotten garlic. It isn't super strong but enough to substitue my old brand and toss this one in the garbage.
