This dark, haunting, melancholy fragrance reminds me of Notre Dame Cathedral. It's cold like a stone church, smooth like a marble altar, dark like the smoky haze of incense. The lilies and musk remind me of Easter mass. I can almost hear the echoes of chanting monks. Somehow with all these images floating around in my head, this perfume manages to be completely wearable. I could wear this to the opera, to work, to a doctor's appointment, to a concert... anywere. It's both fresh and dirty, sexy and demure. All in all it smells fresh, slightly soapy, smoky, and floral. It's my all time favorite perfume!
