As fleeting as a butterfly in spring, La Chasse Aux Papillion wafts its fragrant essence of jasmine, tuberose, linden blossom and orange blossom and escapes quickly as if only brushed by the gossamer wings of the butterfly.
On my skin, a most pleasant offering of the tuberose and orange blossom emerge initially. The dry down dissipates gently into the sheerest of green and white floral reminding me of my beautiful April wedding bouquet. Because this fragrance, as apparently all L'Artisan scents, is so fleeting, layering is a must, either with the body lotion, or several spritzes off and on throughout the day. Unfortunately, spritzing often is a practice that will deplete the expensive bottle quickly. Still, a lovely fragrance for spring and summer when this beautiful cool, fresh floral scent meets the warmness of your skin.
