Nice lipstick, wrong color, cheap lidAugust 24, 2008 I wish the system to choose the color was better. I thought I was choosing well, but it is too brown. The lid cracked right away, but a little tape took care of it.
No true color sampleJune 20, 2008 After reading several other reviews telling to stick with natural colors, I bought the "Pale". It looks white on me. It was not as creamy or moist as I was led to believe. On the bright side, it is a good lip liner and lipstick all in one; if you find a good color for yourself. The color did stay on for several hours.

First of the product was delivered late.. When I opened the package one of the 3 lipsticks broke and was all over the other two.. I called and they rep gave me a form to fill out about the damaged one and faxed it back.. I then was suppose to receive a RNA number which was coming in the mail so I could return all products.. They wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee.. A week later I called and told them I did not receive the package and number to send back the product.. The sales rep said it just went out yesterday and she was not very professional.. Telling me that they were short handed.. etc.. I wrote an email and finally someone told me that I would not receive a 15% restocking fee etc.. The product went back the day after I received the RNA number and I have not heard from them since.. I sure hope my card was credited.. To me this is no way to do business. It is a lack of communication and customer service.. So needless to say I had a terrible experience..

Goes on smooth and has good staying power. I like having a pencil and lipstick in one product. I always have too many products. This helps me keep it simple. I purchased Blush which was actually a little darker than expected, but still a nice shade. The purchase page should show sample colors, and it doesn't. I will definitely purchase more colors.
