in birthdayJuly 3, 2008 I own this in the birthday color. The color is fantastic and the gloss feels good. Id say its a little sticky but is moisturizing. I dont know about the plumping abilities because i dont see much difference I think the price is too high for the gloss however it is fun to take out a blinged out gloss like this one. I like the long wand though since I can better apply my gloss with it. All in all its a great gloss thats overpriced. I probably won't be purchasing this on its own. If you can get it in a kit buy that.
