I am a hairstylist and I purchased this flat iron at the LA hairshow. I was using a Chi as was many of my clients. However, their hair was fried. I really like this iron. I use it on damp hair, not just shampooed dripping hair. If used properly, the results are great. You must slide it thru damp hair at a consistant rate - not too fast. Also, once it is straightened, you cannot curl the ends until it has been shampooed again. A flat iron spray is good to use as well.

We were lucky enough to win the $1000 dollar shopping spree on Amazon (thank you Amazon!!) so we bought this. It is wonderfully light and easy to use. It does an excellent job on my daughter's hair. It is by far the very best flat iron I have ever used.

I was so excited when I found this flat iron. One that would eliminate the need to both blow dry and iron my hair. Being the mother of a toddler and 8 months pregnant with my second child, I am always looking for quicker ways to get myself together in the morning, and I thought the T3 wet to dry was the answer. However, after purchasing the iron, I learned it was too good to be true. At first I tried it on my dry hair and I was somewhat pleased, after all I had been using an inexpensive iron prior to this that didn't work that great. But I was severely dissapointed when I tried it on my wet hair. I have thick, curly, shoulder length hair. I washed and towel dried it and then got to work with the iron. It took MANY run throughs to get my hair dry, and it wasn't very straight. My hair looked damaged, not sleek and smooth at all. Drying my hair with a hairdryer and then ironing it would have been much quicker and with better results. So I am sad to say that I am dissapointed with my purchase and am returning it promptly.
