Not only is the product great but when there was a problem in shipping, they contacted me and kept in contact with me both by phone and e-mail, until the problem was resolved and the product was delivered. I must make mention of this because we aren't talking a large money amount. It was the customer service that went along with the purchase. Outstanding!!!

I use both Hope in Bottle & in a Jar & I like Jar because it dries faster on my face & I use Bare Minerals and I don't like waiting,and I use Hope in Jar at night to moisturize my skin.

I have combination, acne-prone skin and this lotion has been a skin saver for me. I use it every morning, and while it does have a bit of an odor, it goes away quickly. I always order before I run out...because I do not ever want to be without this product.

I have very sensitive skin so every product I buy is a gamble...I did not have any reactions. Matter-of-fact,it did nothing to my skin...It did not help my acne or make it worse. will not buy again...

After spending oodles of money on prescriptions and years of dermatologist visits, I finally found this product and am thrilled beyond relief. While the product has some mixed reviews, I've had nothing but success. I used ProActive for many years and, while it made a huge difference, this product sealed the deal on keeping my skin clear. At 25, finding a product like this is a huge relief.
The only drawback that I have encountered is that particularly during the winter my skin became a bit dry, but I counteracted that by using the product only in the morning, and using a heavy moisturizer at night. I have yet to have a breakout since starting on the product six months ago.
I've already purchased a few bottles of this to have as backups and am never without it. A must try for anyone who is still struggling with maintaining clear skin.
