An itcy and poky experienceDecember 29, 2008 I received a bag full of Lush goodies for Christmas. Initially, I thought this bath bomb was very pretty with the few scattered stars on top. The scent is great, like a sparkly mimosa. I was all excited to relax in a special bath with this baby. What I did not know was as this bomb dissolved it released a tub full of scratchy mylar stars and confetti. The scent was weaker than other Lush bombs I've used. There was no real color change in the water (I guess I do really like the fun bright colors the other bath bombs leave in the water). But, the real drawback was all the confetti and stars. As they circulated in the tub they floated and poked me and stuck to my skin creating an uncomfortable prickly feeling.
This was the exact opposite experience I was expecting. I did like the scent, but it was faint. And the tub filled with itchy debris was too distracting. If you do end up with one of these babies I would use it as decoration or put it in an old pair of nylons as suggested by a prior reviewer.
SparklyDecember 24, 2007 I still have glitter all over my tub from this bath bomb. It was a very fun bath. I throughly enjoyed the scent which was long lasting on my skin. I got lots of compliments on the scent of the bath bomb as well.
My only complaint is that this one is super allergenic. I had a skin reaction to the bomb. So for me personally I wont be purchasing it again. I will be buying lots more as gifts for others especially for my daughter to take to her Dad's house. Muhahhahha.

this bomb smelled incredible, kinda citrusy and nice. i saw a few glitter stars on the outside and figured eh, whats a few? WRONG! overloaded my tub with star and random other kinds of glitter. i mean overload. i suggest putting this one in a nylon or some tulle before dropping it in the tub unless you really love to scrub this off for a good half hour and don't mind wearing it all day.
