Sweet, fresh & cleanNovember 3, 2007 I've liked a few of Fresh's other scents, but until this scent, I never felt they were really worth the price because they fade much too quickly. Almost like a body-splash. Now, I have to say Mangosteen is just lovely and it lingers. In fact the "linger" is the yummiest part of this scent. I think they describe it pretty well: "The top layer bergamot, Italian lemon and freesia. The middle layer contains the juicy mangosteen fruit enveloped with sheer peony and rose. The bottom layer dries down to velvety peach flower, musk, and Brazilian rosewood."
As I said the dry down is my favorite part - I know it sounds rich, but it absolutely is not - overall it just leaves you with a sweet, yummy, clean & very feminine scent. Definitely not over-powering in the floral notes(normally I dislike any floral scents, but this one is so delicate it works).
It's one of the few scents that people have actually come up and asked me what I was wearing and my boyfriend buries his nose into my neck and wrist when I have this on - he loves it.
