This is one of Hermès' best offerings in my opinion. I want to respond to an earlier review that the color and fragrance were different than the one in the department store. Be informed before buying. For Kelly Calèche, the Eau de Parfum is more concentrated, it is more pink in color, it has different notes and a different ratio of notes, so it smells and appears different than the Eau de Toilette. The Eau de Parfum smells slightly sweeter and more floral from the beginning to the end of wearing. The Eau de Toilette is lighter in color, has more of a leathery accord (overall scent combination), and has a lighter, slightly citrusy "feel" to it. It is fantastic. I would consider only the Eau de Toilette to be unisex, and a high quality unisex fragrance at that. It dries to smell like high quality leather with a high class, fresh, moderately plush personality.
Many of the newer Hermès fragrances are designed to have a more sheer drydown. That is to say that you will not fill the room with fragrance, so it is more tolerable. To me, they smell like one's own personal scent rather than a thick, gooey fragrance designed to attack the sinuses. These fragrances linger long, and in my experience are pleasantly noticeable to others well into the afternoon, or long after my sense of smell has adjusted to them. I have received compliments on all of the sheerer offerings from Hermès that I have worn. As far as longevity is concerned, I can spray on Kelly Calèche Eau de Toilette late in the day, go to sleep that night, and still detect the scent the next morning if I try.
Be really clear that if you are ordering a fragrance product online for more than 50% off, you might be getting a tester with no box, so check the listing carefully for this. Or, you may or may not be getting an overstocked or slightly imperfect product in original packaging, kind of like shopping at one of those surplus stores where you can get great deals on name brand clothing. There may or may not be a slight irregularity that nobody would detect unless they were an expert inspector of the product. So bear that in mind if you want to compare this to what you would find at a department store. This is a high-end product that is only sold at select department stores and boutiques approved by Hermès. Selling fresh Hermès product at full retail price is prestigious for a retailer.

My girlfriend was so excited to get this gift from me. She had a sample she got from Saks and loved the scent. But she soon noticed that the color on the one I got her was a little off from the original (less pink, more yellow) and it smelled different. I'm not sure if they changed something up, but if they did then they should change the name to avoid confusion. Super disappointing.

After comparing this item to the one purchased at an authorized store I noticed there was a significant difference in the quality. The fragrance is different and it does not last more then 30 min.
