A wonderfully complex and elegant fragrance comprised of 10 different notes as per the Nina website. It manages to be sweet, floral, and spicy in perfect balance. Reminds me a bit of a modern version of Poison, although completely unlike current reformulations such as Pure Poison which I found overwhelming as they play up specific notes which worked better in concert. Nina is also reminiscent of an earlier Nina Ricci fragrance, Delice D'epices, although Nina has more pronounced floral notes which makes it more versatile. Since D.D. is very sweet-spicy-peppery, I only wear it in the winter on special occasions. The Nina bottle is also marvelous. Even in the small 1.0 oz size, it is a deep pink transparent glass apple with shiny silver leaves and round cap on top. Just stunning. All in all, a unique and well-thought-out fragrance in a gorgeous package.
