Good book for beginnersFebruary 18, 2010 tfoster(Thornton, CO, USA) I have been on the Alli diet for a while, but haven't been fully committed. I thought this book would give me more in site to the Alli diet. It wasn't what I was looking for, I was already too far into the program. This book is good for the beginner. It lists different calorie plans for different weeks, and already has menu plans for you for several weeks. It just wasn't the book for me.
