Good book for beginnersFebruary 18, 2010 tfoster(Thornton, CO, USA) I have been on the Alli diet for a while, but haven't been fully committed. I thought this book would give me more in site to the Alli diet. It wasn't what I was looking for, I was already too far into the program. This book is good for the beginner. It lists different calorie plans for different weeks, and already has menu plans for you for several weeks. It just wasn't the book for me.

I can't review a product I never received. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. I now feel hesitant on ordering anything online.
The alli Diet Plan book ReviewSeptember 13, 2009 Angela M. Horton(Atlanta, GA USA) I thought it gave a detailed explanation of how to use the alli pills and explained how to take the pills with the right amount of food with fat grams in order to lose weight. The only problem was supplying the house with the right type of foods and their shopping list on their website did not have the right ingredients for their meal plan. It was just a little too complicated with the food and meal plan but the pills worked good as far as getting rid of the fat as waste. You found yourself on the toilet a lot. Heaven forbid about the treatment effects and getting those from eating too many fat grams in your meals.
