Usage: For hot mask: Soak mask in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove mask with a pair of tongs. Let mask cool and then apply. Microwave directions: Place in microwaveable container. Do not add water. Microwave on high for 10 seconds. For more heat, microwave in intervals of 10 seconds. Excessive heat will destroy mask. For cold mask: Store mask in refrigerator. For faster cooling, place in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
